Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Auto Motion Studios LLC ("we", "us") collects on automotionstudios.com and in the studio, why, and what we do with it. We collect the least we can.
What we collect
The contact form. Your name, dealership, phone, email, your message, and a record that you ticked the consent box (when, and the words you agreed to).
Studio stores. If your dealership becomes a store, we hold the store's name, sign-in name and password (stored only as a one-way hash), the phone number and email shown on your films, your logo, the listing links you paste, and the photographs and films the studio makes for you. We also count films made and the cost of making them, for billing.
Server logs. Like every website, our server records requests (page, time, IP address) for security and to fix problems. Logs are kept for a short time and are not used to profile anyone.
We do not collect anything else. There are no analytics trackers, advertising pixels or third-party embeds on this site.
What we use it for
Contact-form details are used for one thing: replying to you about Auto Motion Studios, by email, phone call or text message if you agreed to that. Store details are used to run your studio: reading your listings, branding your photographs and films, emailing finished films to the address you gave, tracking usage and billing.
Text messages and calls
We contact you by text or phone only if you ticked the box on the contact form or asked us to. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to stop texts, or email us and we will stop. We never send texts or calls to anyone who did not ask.
What we never do
We do not sell your information. We do not share it with advertisers. We do not add you to any third-party mailing list. Your inventory media belongs to your store.
Who else sees data
- AI image and video services receive the vehicle photographs from your listing so the studio can make your photographs and films. They receive the car pictures only, never your contact details.
- Email delivery (Google Gmail) carries the finished films we send to your store's address.
- Our hosting provider (Hetzner) stores the site and your media on our own server. Dealer websites are read through a proxy service so the studio can load listing pages; no personal data goes through it.
Each of these providers is used only to do the job described and is not allowed to use your data for anything else.
Cookies
One cookie, ams_session, is set only when you sign in. It keeps you signed in and is deleted when you sign out. It is not used for tracking. See the Cookie Policy.
How long we keep things
Contact-form submissions are kept until we have followed up and no longer need them, and no longer than twelve months. Store accounts and media are kept while the store is active; when a store is deleted its media is purged within days, and basic billing records are kept as long as bookkeeping law requires.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time to see what we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it: email automotionstudios1@gmail.com from the address we have for you. We answer within 30 days. Texas residents have these rights under the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act; we honour them for everyone.
Security
The site runs over HTTPS. Sign-in is required on every visit, sessions are signed, passwords are hashed, and each store's media is isolated from every other store's.
Children
This is a business service for car dealerships. It is not directed at anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version is posted here with a new effective date. Material changes to how we use store data are emailed to the store's contact address first.
