Terms of Service

These terms are the agreement between Auto Motion Studios LLC ("Auto Motion Studios", "we") and the dealership that uses the studio ("you", "the store"). By signing in to the studio, pasting a listing, or paying for a plan, you agree to them. If you are agreeing on behalf of a dealership, you confirm you are allowed to.
1. What the service is
You give the studio a link to a vehicle listing on your own website. The studio reads the listing's photographs and details, produces studio-style photographs of that vehicle and a short branded film, and shows every photograph to you for approval. The service is for businesses that sell vehicles. It is not for consumers.
2. How the pictures are made, and your responsibility
The studio's photographs and films are renderings produced with AI image tools from the photographs on your listing. They are designed to show the same vehicle - the same paint, wheels, trim and badges - in a studio setting. Because they are renderings, you must review every photograph and film before you publish it, and you must only publish media that accurately represents the vehicle you are offering for sale. You are responsible for compliance with the advertising and consumer-protection laws that apply to vehicle sales where you operate, and with the rules of any platform you post on. Anything that does not match the vehicle should be rejected in the studio, and we will re-shoot it at no charge.
3. Your content and our licence to use it
You keep all rights in your listings, photographs, logo, name and phone number. You give us permission to fetch, copy, process and modify them for one purpose: making your media. You confirm you have the right to use the photographs on your listings and the logo you upload, and that letting us process them does not break any agreement you have with a photographer, a platform or your dealer group.
4. The media we make for you
Once a film or photograph is delivered to your store, it belongs to your store and you may use it for marketing the vehicle and your dealership anywhere you like. We may show media made for your store as examples of our work (on our website, in our own social posts, or in proposals) unless you tell us in writing not to, in which case we stop within seven days.
5. Music
Films are delivered without music unless you add it. Any music or sound added to a film - by you or by us at your request - must be licensed for the platform where the film is posted. Music licensed inside one platform (for example a sound from TikTok's library) is generally not licensed for reposting elsewhere. You are responsible for the music on anything you publish.
6. Accounts
Each store gets one sign-in. Keep the password private; you are responsible for what is done under your sign-in. Tell us straight away if you think it has been used without permission. We may suspend a sign-in to protect the service.
7. Plans, payment and cancellation
Paid stores are on a monthly plan billed in advance. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing month and there are no refunds for the unused part of a month. Details, including what happens to your media after cancellation, are in the Refunds & Cancellation policy. Prices can change with 30 days' notice by email to the store's contact address. Stores on a free pilot are not charged until they agree to a plan.
8. Fair use and limits
Each plan includes a monthly number of films. Do not use the studio for vehicles you are not offering for sale, for vehicles from another dealer's website without their permission, or to make media that is misleading, unlawful or infringes someone else's rights. Do not try to reverse-engineer, scrape or overload the service.
9. Availability
We work to keep the studio running every night, but it is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, that every photograph will be usable, or that any film will produce a particular sales result. We may change or improve the service at any time.
10. Limits on our liability
To the fullest extent the law allows: we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for lost profits, sales or data; and our total liability to you for anything arising out of the service in any twelve-month period is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim (or US $100 if you have paid nothing). Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
11. Your indemnity
You will defend and cover us against claims arising from media you publish, from content you provide to the studio, or from your breach of these terms, including claims that a published photograph or film misrepresented a vehicle.
12. Ending the agreement
You can stop using the service at any time by cancelling. We can end or suspend a store's access if these terms are broken, if a plan goes unpaid, or if we shut the service down (with 30 days' notice where we can). When a store ends, its media is purged within days of deletion; download what you want to keep first.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Texas, and both of us agree to their jurisdiction. Before suing, each side agrees to email the other a description of the problem and to spend 30 days trying to sort it out.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The new version is posted here with a new effective date, and material changes are emailed to each store's contact address at least 14 days before they take effect. Using the studio after that date means you accept them.
