Refunds & Cancellation

This policy covers paid studio stores. Stores on a free pilot are not charged and can stop at any time by telling us.
The plan
A store is on a monthly plan, billed in advance at the start of each billing month, with a set number of films included. Unused films do not roll over.
Cancelling
You can cancel at any time, for any reason, by emailing automotionstudios1@gmail.com from your store's contact address. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing month. You keep full use of the studio until then, and you are not charged again.
Refunds
There are no refunds for the unused part of a billing month, and no refunds for films that were delivered. Two exceptions:
- Something we got wrong. If a film does not play, is corrupted, or does not carry the store name and number you set, tell us within 7 days of delivery and we will re-make it at no charge - and if we cannot, refund that film's share of the month.
- Billing mistakes. If you were charged twice or for the wrong plan, we refund the difference in full.
Re-shoots inside the studio (TRY AGAIN) are always free and do not count against your films.
After cancellation
Your sign-in stops at the end of the billing month. Download any photographs and films you want to keep before then; media is purged within days once the store is removed. Basic billing records are kept as long as bookkeeping law requires.
